Ashley’s devotion to the hospitality industry began when she arrived at the Culinary Institute of America in New York in order for her to earn her Associates Degree in Baking and Pastry Arts. Upon graduation, she moved to Houston, Texas to further her education with a Bachelor Degree from the Conrad Hilton College in Hotel and Restaurant Management. An avid learner, Ashley continued her education by completing her Masters of Science in Hospitality Management as well as her Masters of Business Administration at the University of Houston.

Her strong education and extensive work experience in front and back of the house positions with various restaurant, hotel and catering operations, make Ashley a perfect fit for the Ala Carte Foodservice Consulting Group.

Ashley consults on new concepts providing clients with market analysis, financial viability and complete business plans. She also provides existing restaurant owners with operations assessments that include specific plans for improvement in revenue building, cost management, staff training and management development.

As Ala Carte’s senior associate, Ashley has successfully led our consulting team on client projects that range from new restaurant concept development, full service restaurant openings, and operational improvements in menu, staff training and management development to expansion planning and franchise development.

When not actively consulting, Ashley finds time to give back to the community by volunteering with Houston organizations such as Kid’s Meals, Ronald McDonald House and Texas Children’s Hospital.
